I have skin tags in areas that are really itchy and sometimes bleed when I scratch. Will laser removal stop the itching and bleeding?

Yes, absolutely. Since laser removal completely removes the skin tag, the itching and bleeding will stop immediately after healing. Skin tags itch and bleed because they're protruding growths that can get irritated by clothing or scratching, or they can get caught and bleed. Once the tag is gone, those issues disappear. This is actually one of the best reasons to get them removed, aside from cosmetic concerns. You'll not only look better but feel better too, especially in areas that tend to get irritated frequently.

I had this exact problem with skin tags in my underarm area that would get irritated from bras and deodorant rubbing against them, and they'd bleed regularly. It was really annoying and kind of gross honestly. After laser removal, all of that stopped immediately. My underarm area feels so much better without those tags constantly getting irritated. The itching is gone, the bleeding is gone, and I don't have that constant discomfort anymore. For me, the functional benefit was just as important as the cosmetic improvement. I can wear tight clothes without worrying about bleeding or irritation. If you're dealing with irritated skin tags, I'd definitely recommend removing them for both comfort and appearance. You can learn more about how laser removal addresses these issues on https://bellasanamedspa.com/service/laser-skin-tags-removal, where they discuss the functional benefits in addition to cosmetic results.
