S40 Bi Fuel instrument cluster problem

Hi everyone :thumbs_up: Im new on here, ive grown up with Volvo's all my life and think they are great :thumbs_up: My Mum currently has a 2002 S40 Bi fuel car, its been great and only covered just under 40K. When she was on holiday last week the car was parked up, 2 weeks later she returned and the car started perfectly as usual, the only problem is the speedo instrument panel only lights up now. The arms for the speedo, revs and petrol do not move. The mileage box is also only showing tiny broken lines which dissapear at night with the lights on. I wondered if someone could tell us what to do? Ive place a wanted post for another unit but im not sure if there are many of these Bi Fuel cars around? Thanks in advance Donnac :thumbs_up:

I would pop it into your volvo dealer for a chat they need to check whether the live power feeds are there . if so then a new panel will be required . But it could be a feed wire corroded throuigh under the radiator .
